Constantly mix up the exercises, rep ranges, and progressions to challenge your muscles and force them to grow.



Increase the time that the targeted muscle is actually under force using isometric holds, negatives, drop sets and supersets.

I have been an athlete my whole life. I played football and lacrosse, and began lifting to improve my performance. I soon realized I loved the idea of getting stronger and improving my physique, and enjoyed the work required to do so. I was always very passionate and creative in the gym, creating unique exercises and custom programs. This same passion remains to this day, where I work as a private personal trainer for roughly 50 athletes per week in the most competitive market in the world, Los Angeles.
