About Koa Smith

Koa Smith is a professional surfer who grew up on the iconic north shore of Oahu.  Surfing since he was 4 years old, Koa has become highly recognized and well-respected in the surfing world.

From his national championships as a teenager to his notable performances at the world's heaviest waves like Jaws, Pipeline, and Teahupo, he's one of the top young surfers of his generation. Koa also holds claim to arguably one of the best barrels ever recorded at Skeleton Bay, which lasted over 30 seconds.

One of the reasons most surfers highly respect Koa is due to his work ethic in and out of the water.  When he's not surfing, he's training, doing breath-work, recovery, meditation, and always eating healthy.

There's no off-season for surfing

Mother nature's most powerful force on earth is the ocean and you're choosing to go up against it.  This is what makes surfing one of the most intense sports in the world.
