Do I need to count calories or macros to follow this program?
Nope! This program focuses on bringing in lots of nutrient-dense foods while eliminating processed ones. There is no calorie or macro counting, just focusing on good quality nutrition.
What if I have food allergies or sensitivities, or am vegan, vegetarian, etc?
No matter what your diet preference or food philosophy, anyone can follow this program. We give suggestions for substitutions and recommendations whether you eat meat or not. Everyone will benefit from following the guidance in this program.
How is the program structured?
After you learn about the foods you will be eliminating and the lifestyle habits you will be incorporating, you will start to dive into the 3 week plan. Each week there is a different focus with a guided meal plan that covers your breakfast, lunch, snacks, and dinner each day.
