About your coach

Jeremy Buendia is the 4x Olympia champion in men's physique.   He's recognized internationally as one of the toughest competitors in sport of bodybuilding.

Jeremy has made the gym his passion and has always focused on building his knowledge along with his physique.

Course description

Bodybuilding is not just about lifting heavy sh*t a bunch of times and eating a ton of protein. It’s a science.

If you want results, you need a calculated system that’s been proven to work. 

You need to follow your macros and be efficient with your time spent in the gym. THAT is what this program will do for you. Each day you get a different workout to target your muscle groups for growth. Follow the workouts and follow the diets included and you WILL be successful.

This is what matters most in building a legitimate online program. I started competitive bodybuilding when I was 17 years old. In 2014, 2015, 2016, and 2017 I won the Olympia title for Men’s Physique.

This year I’m going for my 5th. All the time spent in the gym I was learning, training with the best trainers in the world and perfecting my craft. I’ve taken all of that experience and success and built it into this program.

Beginner to Advanced

Because this is a weightlifting program, anyone can do it from beginners to advanced athletes. The amount of weight you use determines your difficulty level. If you’re a beginner, you’ll use lighter weight and increase it as you progress. If you’re advanced, you can obviously lift heavier.
