3-TIER PROGRAM
The program is broken up into 3 levels based on your current skill level. Here’s a basic outline below.
Note: If you don’t understand some of these terms, don’t worry. Each movement, term, and purpose will be thoroughly explained in every video.
Also, each level is laid out for you to learn over the course of 4 weeks (12 weeks total for all 3 levels) however you can always set your own pace.

Meet Dr. Jen Esquer
My name is Tori Boggs. I am a 30-time Grand World Jump Rope Champion, multiple time US National speed and power Record Holder, captain of Team USA, and current Triple Unders World Record holder. I’ve performed on The Ellen Degeneres Show, ESPN, Robin Meade’s Morning Express, NBA Halftimes, Ted X Events, and on America’s, Britain’s, and Italia’s Got Talent, to name a few. I am a performer and choreographer with companies such as Cirque du Soleil and in theaters around Europe. For over 20 years, I have traveled the world competing, teaching, and performing my discipline across over 30 countries. I have a passion for using the rope to inspire others to be healthy, active, and vital in every aspect of life, encouraging a positive outlook and purposeful attitude. Now, I am here to bring you a unique and fun jump rope training program.

How long until I see results?
This program was designed to be completed over 12 weeks however a lot of users start seeing progress within the first week.
Is the payment recurring or one time?
This is a ONE TIME PAYMENT, not a subscription where you get charged every month.
How do I access the program?
This program can be accessed via our mobile app. Once you purchase you will be sent information on how to properly download and access the course materials.
Are there any prerequisites?
No. Anyone of any skill level can do this. Start at your own pace with your own range and trust that you will gradually improve as you train.

You will be challenged to learn new skills each day, while crushing your workout, leaving you with an extra boost of confidence and energy for the rest your day.
This 3-Tier program is for anyone wanting to get a full-body workout while learning a new skill. Whether your goal is to develop your jump rope skills, lose weight, or integrate a unique full-body workout into your fitness routine, my program will help you reach your goals no matter your age or background.
No prior jump rope experience is necessary and all fitness levels are welcome.
The only equipment needed is a jump rope!
Jump roping is one of the most efficient full body cardiovascular exercises that challenges you both mentally and physically while requiring less time for an intense workout. It is portable, inexpensive, and accessible. Now, there is a jump rope trainer in your pocket ready to incorporate into your busy life schedule at any time and any place.

Level 1:
Building skills into the "Basic Jump" and working up to skills like "Crosses" and "Side Swings"
Level 2:
Begin working on direction changes, "Double Unders", and combining leg and arm movements.
Level 3:
Work on more advanced Leg Crosses and learn a basic "Triple Under" skill
How long do I have access to the program?
Once you buy the program, there is no time limit for you to complete it. You have lifetime access.
LEVEL 1
This level focuses on the basics to build foundational skills.
Once you're comfortable with the basics, you will begin incorporating more intermediate and advanced movements.
