Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your Home Gym, you can request a return within 30 days after your delivery. We also offer a 30-Day Trial for first-time Home Gym purchasers in which you will receive a full refund on your Home Gym and any accessories that may have been purchased along with it. Please note that this refund is not available for additional Home Gyms purchased per household or Home Gyms purchased for Commercial use. Due to the unique packaging of the Home Gym, returns will only be accepted with all original packaging.

Shipping times may vary due to high demand.   Partial refunds or expedited shipping options may be available for wait times more than 30 days past expected date but are not guaranteed.  

Because of the size and weight of the Home Gym, we do not offer a refund for any shipping or delivery charges that you may have paid to receive your Home Gym.  Returns will be charged an additional return shipping fee of $89 or more, depending on your location.

All international orders are deemed final, and returns will not be accepted. Any damages and replacement requests for international orders are also subject to further investigation.

Packages marked as delivered to the specified address, yet claimed to be lost, are not eligible for returns. Instead, they will undergo further investigation for potential replacement.

If your Home Gym is returned in damaged condition, with missing parts, or otherwise has signs of abuse, Fit! reserves the right to refuse a refund or to charge additional restocking fees, at Fit!'s sole discretion.

If you have an issue with your Home Gym after 30 days, contact with questions or service requests.

We will issue your refund within ten (10) business days of picking up your returned Home Gym. Refunds for purchases will be credited back to the original credit card only. 

Full refunds may be requested in case of emergency or change of address.  

All accessories, excluding final sale items, may be returned for a full refund within thirty (30) days of purchase. Accessories must be unused and in their original packaging.  

Please note that the original shipping fee will not be refunded. If you would like a different item, you may follow the return process to refund your original item, then place a new order.

We will issue your refund within ten (10) business days of receiving your returned accessories. Refunds for accessories will be credited back to the original credit card only.
