Jon Avalos
Jonathan Avalos is a golf fitness specialist who for the last 10 years has been helping golfers become better athletes so that they can hit it further, hurt less, and shoot lower scores.
He has worked with golfers on all levels from competitive juniors, to collegiate teams, touring professionals, as well as high and low handicappers.

Gym training for golf?
By focusing on your athleticism rather than just focusing on skill, you can create new potential for your body.
For instance, more mobility allows you to rotate more degrees which allows you to produce more power. Increased stability and core strength further translates to power while building strength and endurance decreases your overall fatigue and allows for more consistent swings.

This program was designed to make you better in 5 weeks however a lot of users start noticing results after the first week.
Is the payment recurring or one time?
This is a ONE TIME PAYMENT, not a subscription where you get charged every month.
Do I have to start the program when I buy it?
No, there is no start date. You can buy the program now and start it whenever you want. However, the refund full grace period is 7 days from the date of purchase.
Do I need access to a gym?
You do not need to go to a gym. This entire program is bodyweight only with a resistance band being features in many workouts.
