What equipment do I need to do this program?

Just your body! But since we're going to be working out until we're 150 years old I want to help you train smart and teach you how to do every exercise with correct form.

How is long is the workout?

We'll be sweating for about 20 to 30 minutes 3 times a week. Every workout starts with a warm up - every smart athlete knows we need to warm up our bodies in order to kick some ass.

I'm new to fitness - will I be able to keep up?

Yes! There's nothing to prove and no one to impress. Whenever possible I provide a modified variation if you need to go low-impact, and a more intense variation if you want to go all out beast-mode. There is no shame in modifying as long as you’re being challenged and it's right for your body.

How long will it take me to learn?

This depends on your current fitness level and ability, how dedicated and focused are you to training, and which movements you choose to spend more time on. Like all fitness regiments, calisthenics is more of a strength building journey than a destination. There's always something new to learn and you'll be getting stronger along the way.  Enjoy the journey!

Course Description

Fitness should be FUN.

If it's not fun and engaging, you lose motivation. If you lose motivation, you lose interest and you won't see the results that got you involved to begin with.

This is precisely why most workout programs "fail".

HIIT Fit was created to be different.  After you try one class, you'll be hooked. The energy that Esmey creates in each of her classes is addictive.  However, don't let the fun fool you. This is still a high intensity workout meant to challenge your body so you can burn fat, build lean muscle, and get functionally fit.

The workouts are 30 minutes long and include a variety of dynamic and functional movements. In each class, one of Esmey's students is appointed to be the modifier to show you how to scale back each exercise. This allows the program difficulty to range from beginner to advanced.
