The lessons range in length depending if it's an educational or follow-along style video. The goal of this program is to keep all cooking under 30 mins or less.

You don't need any fancy equipment but you will need the basics. Here's what we suggest: pot, pan, spatula, blender, cutting board, chef knife, and a stovetop oven.
