Program Format
The program is broken up into 4 levels. You will spend 2 weeks on each level (or more if needed) until you progress to the next. Each week will focus on a new skill so the exercises are all created to help you progressively get better.
Note: If you don’t understand some of these terms, don’t worry. Each movement, term, and purpose will be thoroughly explained in every video.

Lexi Brumback is known as an elite tumbler in the cheer world. She wowed viewers in the Netflix docuseries, CHEER, which debuted in January 2020 and has won 3 Emmy’s. She quickly became a fan favorite, with her powerhouse fearless tumbling, down to earth, artsy, and uncheerleader rebel-like personality.
Lexi’s mother was a past cheerleader and started Lexi in the sport at the age of 6. She was a natural and practiced every day, always challenging her limits. Throughout personal trials, tumbling has always been her outlet.
When Monica Aldama, coach of Navarro Cheer saw Lexi compete, she immediately recognized her advanced skills. Lexi was signed with a scholarship to cheer at Navarro with the top cheerleaders in the country. Her first year at Navarro, Lexi was instrumental in helping clinch the coveted College Nationals Championship in 2019. While practicing daily, sometimes twice, two hours a day, Lexi has thrived in the college cheer world, by being inspired by others who compete at the same level.
She strongly believes if anyone is willing to put in the work, they too, can be a tumbler. Her biggest advice is to be open to feedback, practice daily and train your body and muscles.

No. All you need is your body and enough space to move freely.

Yes. When it comes to practice, repetition is key. However, you need to practice effective techniques. The methods used in this program have been proven to produce noticeable results in 8 weeks, however you can always keep training longer!

WEEK
This program has 4 levels broken out over 8 weeks. Each week you will focus on a new skill. There will be different exercises that are specific to that skill so you can build the strength and awareness to get better.
Warmups
To start each session, you will follow Lexi's specific warmup routine. Warming up properly reduces risk of injury and circulates blood to your muscles so they're prepared for the workout ahead.
Stretching
To be a good tumbler or even to hold proper cheer positions, flexibility is key. When you stretch you can open up a larger range of motion on the body which will help you in the workout and your overall cheerleading.
Workouts
This is where the difference is made. Most girls just train skills but they never focus on building the proper strength. To be a great tumbler, you need core strength, jumping power, and flexibility in your shoulders. We'll train it all.
Technique
Learn technique, form, and progressive workouts directly from Lexi. She will breakdown each skill such as the cartwheel, back handspring, roundoff, layout and more! With the proper technique and the proper practice, you will see your skills improve week after week.
