PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
I’ve been coaching CrossFit for 8+ years at Brick Fitness in Los Angeles, California. I’ve instructed more than 10,000 hours of group fitness and personal training.
I’ve programmed over 2,000 workouts in that time and I’ve hand-picked 90 of my favorite workouts and meticulously sequenced these so you’ll never be hitting the same movements back-to-back.
If you want to train like the fittest cross-fitters on earth but take your workouts with you anywhere, this is the program for you.
Functional Movements with Intensity
Cross-training is not about vanity. But I promise you if you make it through all 90 days of workouts you'll be functionally fit. Cross-training mixes a variety of functional movements in an unpredictable combination and with varying time formats and intensity that keeps your body always guessing, your heart rate up and your overall fitness improving.
Cross-training is Fun and Measurable
Almost all the workouts you'll be doing will test your metabolic conditioning and capacity. But there's something you'll notice about these workouts. While they're tough, they're much more fun then doing 3 sets of 10 on the bench press. You're going to be sweating, you're going to get tired, but you're also going to be able to track your scores and time and actually measure your progress over time.
This is what makes cross-training fun and addicting as you'll constantly be trying to beat your PRs instead of just going through the motions.
